Senator Halford moved that HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE

additional state public domain land, and defining net income from
the University of Alaskas endowment trust fund as university
receipts subject to prior legislative appropriation become law

Senator Duncan moved and asked unanimous consent that he be

interest. Objections were heard and Senator Duncan was required to
vote.
